Enhancement

1. You are now able to void checks with future dates. Void batches are also created in General Ledger with the void date you entered. (Case 495)

Bug Report

1. Previously, users were able to change the invoice amount and whether or not the invoice should be tagged for payment when adding new invoices from recurring or paid invoices. Changing this information affected the original recurring or paid invoice, which was incorrect since paid invoices should not be changed.To correct this, the invoice amount and tagged for payment information in these processes are no longer editable. (Case 458)

Note: You can still change the invoice number. And, after you finish the wizards, you are able to make any additional edits (such as the invoice amount), if needed.

1. Red box errors sometimes occurred when working in the Report Designer area of the program and you were forced to exit the program. This has been corrected. (Case 541)

Feature Request

1. We have updated the user manual and have added a new online help center for the General Ledger program. You can access the GL Help Center using the “GL Help Center” link located in the TenCentral panel. The GL Help Center is a Web-based Help format that can run on almost any browser. Features of the new online help center include a searchable, process- driven table of contents, a glossary of key terms, and a comprehensive index. (Case 511)

Bug Reports

1. Previously, any user could edit mailing address records. This has been corrected and it is now a task that can be assigned to specific users within the Master Setup program. If a user does not have the necessary security rights to the edit mailing address task, the Mailing Address icon will be grayed out and unavailable for use. (Case 512)

2. The FSS participant employment start date were incorrectly displaying as the initial contract date on the FSS Activity Report. This has been corrected and the initial contract date on the report now corresponds with the start date entered on the FSS/WtW Contract Information screen. (Case 513)

3. A problem sometimes occurred with transaction type 13 (Annual HQS Inspection Only) eTrans records automatically created from the Section 8 Desktop Inspections program. If the tenant's certification was created with a future effective date, and the inspector completed their annual HQS inspection before that date, the last inspection date and last passed inspection date were not updating to the most recent information after finalizing the certification and submitting to PIC. This has been corrected. (Case 505)

4. In certain scenarios, income types that should have been excluded were not being excluded. For example, FSS total income at the tenant's contract date should exclude General Assistance (Food Stamps) income, but the program did not. This has been corrected. (Case 494)
5. When switching between data areas, the income types would disappear from the drop-down list in the Add Income Wizard. This has been corrected. (Case 361)

6. The following error message appeared when trying to create a new certification for a tenant: "Error -23000: RAISERROR executed: Parameter name missing in call to procedure 'PersonInsert'..." This has been corrected. (Case 556)

Enhancement

1. You are now able to set whether or not the program should automatically create HQS Inspection (transaction type 13) eTrans records using a new policy in the Setup area of the program. The new policy description is "Auto create PIC Annual HQS Inspection (Type 13) records." When set to True (the default setting), the program will automatically create the eTrans records when an inspection is completed and "Update Inspection Date" is selected as the inspection status. When set to False, the program will NOT create the eTrans records. (Case 539)
